Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in is 4:00 PM; standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Check-in instructions and access codes are provided by HiltonHeadRentals.com prior to arrival.
Minimum stay
Most Shipyard properties require a minimum stay of 3 to 7 nights, which varies by property and season. Peak summer weeks typically carry a 7-night Saturday-to-Saturday requirement. Minimum stay requirements are listed on each property's detail page and confirmed at booking.
Cancellation
Cancellation policies vary by property and are set by HiltonHeadRentals.com. Review the specific cancellation terms on the booking confirmation before completing your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Occupancy
Each property has a maximum occupancy limit listed on its detail page. Exceeding the stated occupancy is a violation of the rental agreement and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Pets
Pet policies vary by property. Properties that accept pets will indicate this on their listing. An additional pet fee and/or deposit may apply. Undisclosed pets may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
Smoking
All properties are non-smoking indoors. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees charged to the guest.
